Job description

We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. To make an outstanding customer experience in all of our product touchpoints to achieve an optimum conversion rate, we are looking for a Product Manager (Client TouchPoint). S/he will be responsible for deploying excellent UX in various client touchpoints leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. Moreover, the Product Manager will be leading cross-functional teams to craft and implement various improvement initiatives, most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams. Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill the gaps.
  • Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.
  • Generate new ideas that drive conversion rate and improve customer experience.
  • Engaging with customers to solicit feedback.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  • Coordinating design sprints.
  • Aligning stakeholders around the improved vision.

Job requirements

  • Great strategic-thinking ability.
  • Possess deep technical and product expertise needed to lead the team and make a strategic product decision.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of the UX field.
  • Excellent detail orientation and ability to identify issues in early manners.
  • Clear written and oral communication.
  • Skilled in the web hosting industry is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and ability to prioritize tasks.
