Marketing Admin Intern

Job description

We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. We're looking for a Marketing Admin Intern who will support our teams on the clerical work related to the Brand Communication and Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible to be our administrative assistant and facilitate efficient operation by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. What you will do:

  • Remind event participants through WhatsApp blaster;

  • Preparing various invoices and permission letters;

  • Moderating classes and programs held by Niagahoster;

  • Generate e-certificate for Development Program Alumni;

  • Validate new partner or organic partner;

  • Validate monthly payment and payout;

  • Communicating certain information to all partners through mass communication, including promotion.

Job requirements

What we expect:

  • Final-year student (ongoing thesis project) or Fresh Graduate with Bachelor’s degree;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word & Excel);

  • Good administrative and communication skills;

  • “Can-do” personality;

  • Detail oriented.
